請於114 年 11 月 28 日 09:00 起至 114 年 12 月 4 日 17:00 止完成網路報到及入學意願登記，逾期視為放棄入學資格。
Please complete online registration and submit your intent to enroll between 09:00 on November 28, 2025 and 17:00 on December 4, 2025. Failure to do so by the deadline will be regarded as forfeiture of admission.
【新生報到繳驗證件】 Document verification and submission for new student registration
凡新生（含遞補後錄取者），須依規定於新生報到繳驗證件期限內完成入學驗證。未按時完成者，取消其入學資格。
All new students (including those admitted after being placed on the waitlist) must complete enrollment verification by submitting the required documents within the designated new‑student document submission period. Failure to complete verification on time will result in cancellation of admission.
